Bug Description

Shutter couldn't open an image with the name of: Screenshot%20at%202011-09-01%2002%3A31%3A04.png

Once I renamed it to Screenshot.png, it opened fine.

I already had a look at this one. It does not open, because Shutter thinks the filename is escaped and tries to unescape it. The problem is: There are plenty of places where this happens. Need more time...
