Don't work progress bar in Upload/Export

Bug Description
Description of problem:
When i uploading image to imageshack, don't work progress bar. Sometimes
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
shutter-
How reproducible:
Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a screenshot with shutter.
2. Click 'Export' button and then click 'Upload' button.
Actual results:
Progress bar is empty. But after appearancing 'Upload - imageshack.us - Guest' window that full fill.
Also i can't cancel uploading.
Expected results:
When i click 'Upload' button i'd like to see how filling progress bar and amount uploading KB.
