Bug Description

Shutter doesn't support Singleton Mode, so when sometimes I open images through context menu (Open with->Shutter), shutter will open a new application but not in the application already run.

This is basic feature for who use Shutter to edit pictures, So Please add singleton support.

This defect is already fixed in Shutter 0.87
