Misc: Annotating tools behaviour

Add text and Auto-increment tools don't use stick point where I click, but spawns at top left and ends where i clicked. Thats not comfortable when annotating, because I need to do extra step to select item tool to move them in right place. Thats differs from other program usual behavior draw from point where click. Nothing special but annoying if you need to do lots of annotation.

It happens only when pre-draging boxes, before setting text, where I want them to be. Box should be oriented to bottom right not top left from dragging point. Or I am wrong? Just used that other apps act like that. It's nothing big can also set just clicking once and setting text in time.
