Bug Description
Image and values in the preview window doesn't change when using the keyboard. It only work on mouse movement.

For me, neither the values in the preview window nor the *image* in the preview window updates if using Ctrl+Arrow keys to resize the selection. I'm am on Ubuntu Lucid (without the PPA).
