Bug Description

Uploading file with non-latin filename to Imageshack.us shows connection error. Non-latin means cyrillic in my case.

Also, if you enter non-latin characters info filename field in settings, you'll get screenshot with broken filename. For example:
Пример.png
becomes:
Пример.png
