Bug Description

It not takes at least 5 clicks to get into plugins and that is before customizing and executing it

1 - screenshot
2 - execute a plugin
3 - click on list to bring up list
4 - click on plugin (or 3-4 could be a click and drag/scroll action)
5 - click to execute
(then customize)

How about moving all the plugin's to their own menu
1 - click on plugin menu
2 - click on plugin name which executes it
(then customize)

Optionally - allow users to add plugins to the toolbar menu so frequently used plugins are one click

Yes, a customizable toolbar to account for many possible toolbar designs has been considered.

I suggested the toolbar as an additional feature - not a replacement for this suggestion. I would not put all plugins on the toolbar so I still think the menu change is an improvement (regardless of the toolbar change)

Some people hate toolbars and would prefer the plugins in their own menu.
Given that essential functionality can be expected to live in a plugin for many workflows, a "Plugins" main menu bar entry would be reasonable. Burying plugins several clicks deep makes them far less useful, and developing one far less attractive.
