Bug Description

Once the user has uploaded a screenshot display an embedded web browser containing an image tag pointing to the uploaded image.

The user can then drag this image into a gmail compose email window to embed the image directly.

Sorry... can you expand on this one?

I'm not sure if gmail even allows this, as I tried dragging an image from
nautilus and it just gave a generic missing image picture.

Try this :

*) capture a screen shot with shutter
*) upload it
*) copy the direct link to your clipboard
*) open a firefox window to the direct url
*) open gmail and click compose
*) drag the image from firefox and from into the compose textbox

So, my idea would be to show an embedded firefox window under the 'direct link' option once the upload has completed. The firefox window would contain html like this <img src='[direct link]'>. This would save the user from having to open firefox and copy/paste the url. They could just drag/drop directly from the 'uploaded' dialog.

An alternative could be to find out if it is possible to create a drag source that is compatible with dropping in firefox, and there by removing the need to embed firefox itself.

I see...

Yes, I'll look into the drag and drop first, that would be nice. Though I'm
not sure if that many people will find use for this feature to embed a whole
firefox window.

Maybe it would be easier to add the <img> tag formatting to the upload result windows (maybe below the direct link).

In this case you could simply copy the <img src='[direct link]'> to the gmail composer.
