Ctrl+ - zooms out, ctrl+ 0 resets zoom, but ctrl+ + doesn't zoom in!

Oh, it's ctrl+shift+ + for me because the button has the + on top and = on
bottom :/

But firefox obeys ctrl+ = fine, so I think we should too
