Bug Description
Hi,
I've been wrestling with this bug for years, but it's still there. (I've been stuck with ubuntu 17.04 for 3 years, which means that I've been using an at least 3 years old version of Shutter too.)
That's all there to it. Out of the blue, delay gets set to 99 seconds, and I don't realize this until I try to take a screenhsot. Then I have now way of shutting the timer down other than kill -9-ing the shutter process as while it's doing the countdown, the icon disappears from the tray/gnome extension bar (whatever it is called nowadays).

Happened again. I've just found my own report because I forgot I've already reported it. :)
To extend my report, the current version I'm using is 0.94.3 Rev.1306 from Ubuntu 20.04.
