permission denied on ubuntu 20

I have dual boot (windows and ubuntu). When I use shutter and want to record a image the follow message appear "Could not read the contents of XXXXXX Error opening directory '/media/XXXXXXX': Permission denied"

If I select the /media/XXXXXXX using Files (nautilus ubuntu app) don't have any error

How I correct this error?

I see that in Software app Ubuntu store has the option Permissions only check "Read/write files on removable storage devices" and the problem is resolve

Is it an option to choose a different directory for storing your screenshots? If so, you can do so in the settings ("General" tab).
