Output from terminal:

"shutter
"glob" is not exported by the File::Glob module
Can't continue after import errors at /usr/bin/shutter line 57.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/shutter line 57."

Please try the latest version from https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/mheffner/shutter/ Is the problem still present there?

In this case, please report this problem at the Fedora bug tracker and request updating the Fedora package to the newest Shutter version. The problem is already fixed in Shutter.
