miss upload plugins after 0.94.2 installed

After building shutter 0.94.2 in Ubuntu 18.04, some upload plugins disappear and there are only Gyazo and ToileLibre available in Preferences -> Upload.

Although the Dropbox.pm, Gyazo.pm, Imgur.pm, ToileLibre.pm, and vgyme.pm files are installed in /usr/share/shutter/resources/system/upload_plugins/upload.

How to install these dependencies that were mentioned?
... apparently everything is updated ...

As in the attached screenshot, I only have options for ToileLibre and Gyazo.

I installed Shutter using
