Bug Description

Hi,

I just doing `dist-upgrade` and after that the shutter is not working with message "No valid filetype specified"

Extra info:

$ shutter

Please check in Shutter's settings, what file type is actually set there for the screenshot files. I would set it to .png if it is not set this way already.
