Bug Description
On the Mint-Y 'desktop' theme that is now the encouraged theme on Linux Mint (or at least its Cinnamon version), the Shutter applet icon appears as a very hard to see black on grey. See attached image and more particularly the icon almost furthest left of the pointer.
Linux Mint 18.1 Cinnamon.

This is nothing that could be fixed in Shutter but rather a problem with your combination of icon and GTK theme.
