manage uploads: I cannot check or uncheck the options

Shutter 0.93.1 Rev.1278, ubuntu 16.10, 64 bit

Under the "Preferences / Upload" there are different options for
TwitPic, Dropbox, Minus, ToileLibre, Imgur, vgyme, ITmages
organized in six columns.

1) I cannot modify the checking boxes for enabling or disabling any upload option!

2) I cannot find the option to dis-activate the 'update check' with uncontrolled downloads when starting Shutter, which would substantially accelerate the opening procedure of the program.

1) The check boxes are for information only, they indicate which upload options a given plugin supports.

2) Duplicate of LP#909195.

I thank you very much for your advise!
Apparently the bug has been resolved, because I have no more check boxes
while starting Shutter.
(ubuntu 18.04, Shutter 0.94)

I guess, I got you wrong then, I thought, you mean the check boxes in the settings dialogue... But if the problem is solved, it doesn't matter. :)

I verified again.
All is running fine also in the different setting dialogues, except the
menue for 'Upload'.
The different 'check boxes' for TwitPic, ToilLibre, Imgur, Dropbox, Minus,
ITmages
in the account table presentation are probably only indicating informations
and therefore are not actif.
As I don't use them, there is all ok for me.
