Bug Description
-s=0,114,250,180
seems to be invalid argument, however, if I put -s=1,114,250,180 I've noticed that it didn't pick up the first pixel from the screen.
Shutter Version
0.93 Rev.1272
I think this is distribution independent bug, I think seen it in Ubuntu currently running Fedora 21.
