Bug Description
When using Shutter 0.93.1 (from ppa) and Dropbox Oauth upload something breaks the Cyrillic filenames (screenshot in attachment)
When using Shutter 0.92 (from ubuntu repository) everything is in order with the Cyrillic filenames
