Bug Description

I come from using voila extensively, shutter is very similar but lacks the library and tagging ability of voila.

I think it would make it much more user friendly if there could be added library and tagging management.

Also, being able to see if an image have been uploaded before and being able to copy the URL again, would be a huge time saver too.

To be fair Ubuntu has good photo management software already, for example,

I did not say that Shotwell was not good, I am saying that photos and screenshots are different when working.

Consider this:

Shutter & Shotwell:
1. Take screenshot
2. Edit it
3. Change to shotwell
4. Tag it, change file name, move it to folder.
5. Upload it to FTP
6. Find URL and edit it with new file name.
7. Copy it into mail.

1. Take screenshot
2. Edit it
3. Tag it and move to collection
4. Upload it
5. Paste the url into mail

When something takes too long to do, you tend to avoid it even if it's only two steps.

I understand that those features would be convenient in many case but, to be honest, it it simply to much work for such a small project like Shutter. If anyone is willing to jump in this is fine but I won't have time to implement that any time soon.
