Bug Description
The current connection delay is set rather high to allow users using oidentd to connect without having issues. Most users however will not care about having a valid oidentd for each user, and would be happy to simply disable oidentd lookups if it would allow them to connect users faster.
With the current delay it takes a long time for 20+ users to connect, while if oidentd is remove from the picture, the delay could be reduced to almost nothing.
