autogen.sh: Unable to locate SWIG.

Bug Description

./autogen.sh is unable to locate swig, when it is installed

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Tested on 4 computers (2 debian srv, 2 ubuntu desk)
# apt-get install swig
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
swig is already the newest version.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 11 not upgraded.
$ swig
Must specify an input file. Use -help for available options.
$ ./autogen.sh
Preparing the shroudBNC build system...please wait

Found GNU Autoconf version 2.65
Found GNU Automake version 1.9.6
Found GNU Libtool version 2.2.6b

ERROR: Unable to locate SWIG.

FIX(worked for me):
Remove x on line 766 && 777

Well, disabling the check is hardly a fix :)

Anyway, it's properly fixed now:
