tcl :rehash does not rehash sbnc.tcl

Bug Description
When adding scripts to sbnc.tcl it doesn't rehash the file when u do /sbnc tcl :rehash.
When doing /sbnc tcl :source sbnc.tcl it does rehash the file and all scripts are loaded or you get a error. Also when there is a error in one of the scripts /sbnc tcl :rehash doesn't give the error. Only when doing /sbnc tcl :source sbnc.tcl it gives you an error.
