Have a list of tags in the sidebar of the app for quick access to popular tags

I'd like to see a list of the tags I've used in a sidebar along with a count of how many times i've used the tag... that way i have easy access to tags I'm using. This is especially useful if I have a tag for how to do a particular task, like gpg or something... I get easy access to my gpg workflow just by clicking the gpg tag instead of having to search for a command with the gpg tag so i can click it.
