Bug Description
For maintenance, we need several functions, such as checking integrity of object and health of system.

・dry run option in "dog vdi check"
・list the number of redundancy of VDI
・check garbage data, GC operation
・list "actual use capacity" and "reserved capacity by VDI"
・range specification in "dog vdi list"
・VDI for service confirmation
・check master VDI list (SO info)
