remove hardcoded lolachang entries from menus and app

You also need to install this version of gallery-app in the zip file as it hasn't been released yet:

Sharing now works with a real account after running ubuntu online account script and signing in. We just need to remove the hard coded lolachang values from both the share menu and the share app and replace with real calls to friends-api.

Steps to try:
1) first install gallery-app from above
2) ssh into device
3) run this script: uoa-create facebook [facebookId, i.e. <email address hidden>]
4) this will cause a web page to be displayed with facebook username/password prompt (you'll need to press power button to unlock your phone to see it)
5) fonts really small on webpage (cause not using our browser plugin). Zoom in, enter username/password and press done/ok/allow buttons.
6) if the signon works you'll see this from the shell where you ran uoa-create script

7) take a photo with camera
8) launch gallery
9) press share menu and choose the facebook option
10) share app launches with thumbnail of photo, enter a message and press post
11) you'll get notify-osd saying it was successfully uploaded.
