The synchronization between Magento and OpenERP is not made automatically without the need to press the button Import and Update products.

It is necessary that this update is performed automatically as if it were a script where this update can be performed every 6 hours to make this process more effective for any changes made in Magento and can be displayed on OpenERP

Automation products OpenERP to Magento is not generated automatically've made some changes in 3 specific products which are:

Lámpara BAIT internal reference 0001

Lámpara Caravaggio P1 blanco internal reference 14031113

Silla AAC22 internal reference 222206

But the synchronization is not done without pressing a button this was a necessary requirement in the bug reported to develop this functionality.

Updates of any kind should be automatically without any button the button option should be used only as a last resort

Also in the following path:

SALES / PRODUCTS / PRODUCTS BY CATEGORY

They are being repeated up to 5 times the categories of products from Magento as you can see in the attached image

We have performed tests to check the synchronization in both directions ie Magento to OpenERP and OpenERP to Magento making some changes in the product Highstool code 1002h
product openerp the product name was added the sign (+) and Mgento the same product I add an asterisk without any modification was made

Please check the detail with which we are stuck because it is paramount for our client automatic updates

we hope can be resolved ASAP

This sync detail for me is not resolved because the product has been modified not shown any change in both directions.

in mail sent yesterday Highstool code 1002H product modifications have been made in the name of the product to verify that these changes are updated in Magento and OpenERP
but without results

Also in Magento changes were made in the same product SKU Highstool 1002H for the upgrade in OpenERP can be evident but the change is not shown in Magento

In magento continuous product with modified also in openerp but change has not been made

Please I would like to find any problems that can send some record of what happened to be aware of the situation because this question takes some time and has not been resolved 100% and not know it what causes the synchronization does not work

I hope you can be tested directly with the product in which modifications have been made so you can validate that the updates are performed correctly

If the name field in the product is not updated it mentions that fields can be modified to make these tests upgrade in both directions

Total of 56 new products has been exported to magento from ERP. Due to duplicate use of SKU (Internal Reference) in ERP we took so much time to solve the issue. And some products has been renamed for a convenient solution. Please use unique default_code for a respective product. Please find the attachment which contains the list of products renamed in production server

product categories because they were doubling up to 5 times this in reference to the synchronization between Magento and OpenERP
these categories 1 time should appear as this is something abnormal in sync

On Friday we conducted several tests OpenERP making some modifications in the following product codes:

001-02102
001-06132
001-04101

001-02100
0317
TR-17-NT

Besides testing a new product was created with product code:

10 # 12

It has been revised in Magento and these 7 products have not been updated

What are the causes that are causing these problems because we are about to start in the operation and can not be happening these failures need to know what causes these failures upgrade to provide a response to our customer of these faults or what are the possible causes of these details.

There are some products in ERP whose SKU (Internal Reference) are same which blocks the process of Importing and Exporting Products between ERP and Magento. For E.g. internal reference heebar-army is occured twice in ERP and since SKU is unique in magento we cannot export the products to magento properly that is why the process gets blocked sometimes. Similarly there are some more products in ERP which has same SKU's. Now linking of the products has been successfully done. Exporting process will automatically executed every six hours.

Details of the duplicate in OpenERP products determine the product to disable this does not create these products in Magento but apparently the products are automatically reactivated by being referenced with magento.

besides I could not erase these products from openerp by an integrity problem and try to delete the products directly from the database but could see that the product is linked to other fields

Also attached image of integrity error that throws the system to try to clear the products

Could you help me with this problem by developing one script for deleting duplicate product and can ask you to please send me the script to remove any product that is not on the attached list.
