[IMP] calculate average number using group in report sfs_account_sale_margin

Hi team:

Please help me to solve the next issue, when the user use any group option in the sfs_account_sale_margin report, the columns:

1. Unit Price
2. Unit Cost

Must be average, now are sum prices and costs.

Also pls in the list view add the sum to the column margin.
