[FIX] cant create csv file using module from l10n_mx

Hi team:

Please help me to solve this issue:

in mexico localization branch exist one module called l10n_mx_diot_report, this module depends from many other modules

        "l10n_mx_account_tax_category",
        "l10n_mx_base_vat_split",
        "account_voucher_tax",

this module must generate one file like im attaching in this bug using the wizard included in the module.

Im creating this bug because the module are not creating any file and maybe this happens because some of depend modules modify by you are replacing some class or model or anything.
