commision report wrong computation

Hi Team, please read this points:

in my original request i send this points

8.10 Days due (as integer number, example: due date 02/15/2014, if today was 02/20/2014 the value must be "5")
This are wrong now, in all records

8.12 Ammount penalization (number value equal to 60% of penalization mentioned in point 6.9 "24.88" in this case)
this also are wrong in some cases

I prepare one file to explain in detail, payment per payment, how calculate the commision.
