partner_credit_limit dont works properly.

Hi Team:

The video show the problem, the small explanation abt the correct functionality abt the module partner_credit_limit is:

1. with the module installed i can configure a fixed ammount for assign a maximum ammount in credit sales for each customer in the "Credit Limit" field.
2. also i can configure a fixed ammount for assign a maximum ammount in balance due for each customer "Credit Maturity Limit" field.
3. if sales person register one sale order of larger amount that "credit limit" the module should avoid the sale be confirmed
4. is "credit limit" ammount are less than sale order ammount but balance due are larger ammount to configured in the "Credit Maturity Limit" field the sales order cant be confirmed too.
