Bug Description
The dates in the XML produced by sfbugs2launchpad contains dates that are missing the trailing "Z", which makes Launchpad refuse to import them.
The dates should be formatted according to xsd:dateTime (http://
sfbugs2launchpad should produce dates in this format.
