Bug Description
Was talking with Ed Messman from AT&T regarding automation running under the root account when I came up with a useful enhancement for the Service Junction. All services currently run under root because that is the account running the junction daemon. It would be good to have the option to register services under different user accounts on the server.
Need to add logic to the junction daemon where it would read the "User" value from the services registered in the services.conf file. The junction would still default to running a service under root, but the "User" field could be used to override the default and instead run a service under the designated account.

This issue is being closed since the Service Junction is typically being run under non-root application accounts these days.
