Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Currently it says to only install rails using the following:
sudo apt-get install rails

To complete the 'Getting Started with Rails' guide, you also need to install the following:
sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-passenger

Without installing this package, you can access the 'Welcome aboard' default information page, but things don't work if you set the application home page(ie section 4.2 at http://guides.rubyonrails.org/v2.3.8/getting_started.html). Installing the extra package make things work.

This is on Ubuntu 10.10 LTS.
