Bug Description

https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/mysql.html.en

It states that

"If you would like to change the MySQL root password, in a terminal enter:

sudo dpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.5"

I believe 18.04 uses 5.7 now so it should be sudo dpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.7

Moreover sudo dpkg-reconfigure mysql-server-5.7 won't ask for new mysql root password nor mysql root password is asked during installation. I believe this should be change accordingly.

@Ruj: I do not set to "Fix Released" until I re-publish help.ubuntu.com. I do not know when that will be.
