OpenVPN client and server folders on /etc/openvpn

Bug Description

I noticed that on Ubuntu 17.10, /etc/openvpn has two directories: server/ and client/

I am assuming we are now supposed to add conf files for either server or client on the appropriate folder. However, the documentation has not been updated to accomodate for this change.

Another thing to clarify is if on /etc/default/openvpn for AUTOSTART one needs to add the folder as part of the name of the VPN to have autostarted. This should be mentioned on the docs. Also, can we have files with the same name on both the server and client folders?
