Bug Description

The https://help.ubuntu.com/16.04/serverguide/kerberos-ldap.html#kerberos-ldap-primary-kdc guide should use -Y EXTERNAL -H ldapi:/// whenever making changes to cn=config, like the reset of the Ubuntu Server Guide. Instead it currently lists a magical "cn=admin,cn=config" DN that it assumes the user has created or knows how to create.
