Bug Description
I do not know if this is a bug in the VPN software or the website instructions found at

Following the instructions, line by line, exactly as written results in an error which prevents completion of the instructions and prevents successful setup of the vpn.
The error occurs during the chapter on Certificate Authority Setup at the point where you execute the command ./build-ca
