Bug Description

I'm following the guide setting up a Xenial server. In the section on securing Samba it gives the command:

sudo apt install libpam-smbpass

This gives the response:

Package libpam-smbpass is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'libpam-smbpass' has no installation candidate

I don't know if the guide is out of date or if the error is in the repositories, so I'm reporting it here.

The error is in the serverguide. The change occurred later in the 16.04 development cycle, but plenty early enough to do something about it. I have begged and begged for a Subject Matter Expert to review the samba chapter. Just a few days ago, I was told that someone will review it. So, hopefully soon we get that chapter updated. Sorry for any inconvenience, and thanks for reporting it.
