Bug Description

There's a small typo in the first line of the Italian version of this article (https://help.ubuntu.com/lts/serverguide/cgroups.html):

"tracciare e militare" should be "tracciare e limitare"

String number 4345.

This is actually a translation issue and not a serverguide master source issue.
Anyway, I edited the string and set it for review (mainly because I am not sure what to set "Affects" to).

cgroups was deleted in serverguide 18.04 and previous versions are EOL.
