Bug Description

There is a section of the server advanced install about Degraded Raid which applies to 12.04 but apparently no longer applies to 14.04, according to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mdadm/+bug/1302195 it was decided that boot_degraded would be the default behavior for raid failures, since this is not documented it can be frustrating for users coming from 12.04.
