Bug Description

Hi, I've installed VSFTP server following this steps:

https://help.ubuntu.com/10.04/serverguide/ftp-server.html

and got this error trying to access it by filezilla:

"500 OOPS: priv_sock_get_cmd"

I've correct it adding this line to the end of /etc/vsftpd.conf

seccomp_sandbox=NO

My settings:

- ftp server: VSFTPD on ubuntu 13.10
- client: filezilla on windows 7 - 64 bits sp1

So I suggest include this issue in VSFTP documentation.
