Link to installation-guide, but guide is not up to date

The serverguide contains 4 links to the installation-guide. These links are also entity substituions in the master .xml code, as they should be. The issue is, that the installation guide doesn't appear to be maintained and has never been converted to the new theme (see also: bug 1169745 ). For the 13.04 additions to help.ubunut.com, ( https://help.ubuntu.com/13.04/index.html ) not including the installation-guide is being considered, which would break these links. The 13.04 cycle, is already past freeze.

This bug report is a reminder to fix this, either via fixing and updating the installation-guide, or via eliminating the links or changing them to point to somewhere else for more detailed information (maybe the community installation stuff). A more generalized objective should be to reduce these type of serverguide dependencies.

Such as it is (theme still not right), we have been publishing the installation-guide along with the lts serverguide releases.
setting this one to invalid so as to get it off the list.
