Nova users are not created with nova-manage, as explained in the guide, but with keystone.

Please update the document so that it can actually be used to configure openstack on a quantal system.

Server Guide 14.04 now refers user to the upstream Open Stack documentation for Ubuntu Cloud installation and configuration. Should we change the status on this bug?

As mentioned by Ted two years ago, the serverguide has changed such that this bug is now invalid.
