Bug Description
When I enter "sudo snap connect sensors-unity; hardware-observe" terminal replies "error: cannot resolve connection, plug snap name is empty hardware-observe: command not found"
Running Ubuntu 18.04 new install (December 29, 2018) on msi mini-ITX motherboard with AMD Ryzen 5 cpu.
