Bug Description

Node adopt failed if the nova api micro version is too high.

In my env of Ussuri, there is some expection throws:

# openstack cluster node adopt --identity 32341956-066f-48e2-a230-b49a65f0a4b2 --type os.nova.server-1.0 --name adopt_use_type2
HttpException: 500: Server Error for url: http://172.27.124.70:7778/v1/nodes/adopt, '\'id\'\n

 The server response info 'server.flavor' does not include key 'id' while nova micro version is greater than v2.46
