Senlin client does not show confirmation for cluster, node, policy and profile deletions

Senlin client uses sys.stdout.write to show confirmation question to user for cluster, node, profile, policy and receiver deletions.

However, sys.stdout.write output is buffered and sometimes will not show up in the command line. Only after terminating the program with Control-C does the output show up in the terminal.

This issue was fixed in the openstack/python-senlinclient 2.0.1 release.
