List event/action in Senlin don't work with client command

Bug Description
When i try list any action or event in Senlin and I see client command don't work with "--limit" parameter. Any command with this parameter always return response is all actions/events or from "marker" to end.
My command:
openstack cluster event list --limit 10 --marker ID
or:
openstack cluster event list --limit 10
