When i execute about cluster operation, Example: cluster_add_nodes, cluster_resize, cluster_scale_out, the operation timeout value allways default_action_timeout.
If create a cluster configure cluster time_out value as fllown:

The timeout value "30" second, but execute about cluster operation, the timeout value allways default_action_timeout.
If default_action_timeout don't configure, the default value 3600 second.
