Bug Description
The current version of the senlin-dashboard does not support openstacksdk 0.10 or higher.
Prior to openstacksdk 0.10, the authenticator was automatically
created, but starting with 0.10 we need to pass on our own
authenticator.
This breaks the senlin-dashboard, by causing an exception to be raised on all senlin related pages.
