Search panel links not operational for some resource types

Looking at the search page with no search entered (listing everything), the resource IDs for all types look like HTML links but only some are active. It looks like some of the newer types (hypervisor, sec group, flavor) don't have render templates, probably because we didn't get round to it. It'd be nice to add them.
